PERSONALITY
The Fresh Ricotta cream is a product that was born in Sicily and is widely used both in Sicilian pastries and cakes all over the world. It is a Sicilian icon especially known in the Sicilian cannoli but also widely used in other types of desserts.

APPEARANCE
It has a creamy, soft and velvety appearance with a sweet, unique and indulgent taste.

GASTRONOMY
The Fresh Ricotta cream is a versatile cream. It can be used for cakes, sweets and dessert or even served alone accompanied by toasted almonds, chocolate, pistachio or cinnamon.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
– 1 kg of finished product: 700 grams fresh ricotta, 300 grams granulated sugar.
– Shelf-life: Product in frozen state has a maximum shelf life of 18 months.
– Once defrosted, the product must be stored at a temperature between 0°C and +2°C, and must be consumed within 7 days after defrosting.
